Non-Profit Rider
We strive to maintain fairness and equality within the entire, worldwide non-profit community. The guidelines we have made here are a result of over 300 fundraisers that we have participated over the past six years. We have learned what works best and feel that we understand human behavior when it comes to fundraising in general…at least when it involves our performance! We offer the lowest-risk outline for every qualifying non-profit that we know of. However, in order to make this plan work for everyone, we have listed some of the guidelines that must be met for your organization to take advantage of this Rider.
- You must be a registered 501C-3 Non-Profit (USA)
- A qualified auctioneer must be used to auction the paintings
- The painting must be auctioned immediately after the performance
- The monetary demographics of those in attendance must meet certain guidelines. The fundraising charity must utilize its most favorable financial base to attend the event. This cannot be a “free to the public” event.
- The venue must be capable of supporting TributeArt Live’s Tech Rider.
- If a custom painting is required, only Option 1 is available.
- Travel expenses must be covered by the charity. This includes airfare, car rental, lodging, shipping, dining, etc.
Option 1
Your organization pays the $2500 fee (per painting). 100% of the auction price is retained by you.
Option 2
TributeArt Live! will split the auction price 50/50, with a $5000 (per painting) cap on our income. Your organization retains all monies over that amount. (i.e.: The art sells for $12000. You receive $7000. Or…if the art sells for only $1000, you receive $500 and TributeArt Live! receives $500)
